CINAHL Reloaded to Reflect 2000 Vocabulary

New Fields Added

Three new fields have been added for 2000:

the Editor (ED) field contains personal editor names in the format of last name, followed by one or more initials,
the Contributor (CO) field contains contributor names in the format of last name, followed by one or more initials, and
the Named Person (NP) field contains biography names in the format of last name, followed by one or more initials.

New Subheading

Pharmacokinetics [pk]: The Pharmacokinetics subheading is used for the mechanism, dynamics, and kinetics of exogenous chemical and drug absorption, biotransformation, distribution, release, transport, uptake, and elimination as a function of dosage, extent, and rate of metabolic process.

New Publication Type

Question & Answers: This publication type formats materials as questions followed by answers.

New Special Interest Categories Added

Six new Special Interest Categories have been added to the already existing Special Interest Category.
