Full Text E-Journal Collections

醫學電子期刊全文資料庫

OVID全文資料庫至目前為止已出版七套，共計收錄101種常用醫 學相關期刊，除CBC自1993年起收錄，NC2自1996年起收錄外，其餘皆自1995年起收錄。 七套之內容如下，其與Medline、CINAHL、PsycINFO書目資料庫檢索相結合，是協助相關研究人員，取得醫學期刊原文最快速的 途徑：

全文系統中之每一字皆可被檢索，其參考文獻（reference）、圖表標題 亦同。全文瀏覽時，從文章之綱要可快速連結至文章之內容或快速連 結至參考文獻內容，並直接連結至Medline或其他全文文獻。本系統除收錄文獻外，亦收錄所有的圖、表及照片，並可全部印出。

HINT全文系統之功能包括：

(1)全文連結(Link)功能--
 

    A.使用者可以從Medline檢索所得之參考文獻，直接與期刊全文系 統連接，直接瀏覽該篇文章的全文資料。

    B.使用者也可以從全文所引用的Reference直接與Medline中的相 關資料連結，以了解該文獻在Medline系統中書目資料的狀況。
     

(2)全文資料庫可以互相串連，擴大資料收集的範圍-- 例如：讀者可從醫學期刊全文資料庫第二輯中某篇文章的Reference連接到第一輯中的某篇文章。

(3)全文期刊提供全文檢索功能-- OVID醫學全文資料庫中的每一個字都是檢索點，可從單字、文章 大綱、全文、插圖或照片執行檢索，並可配合OVIDMedline的基 本欄位檢索模式，讓查獲的資料更精確。

(4) 利用Outline選項，可配合Graphic功能快速瀏覽資料，節省時間-- 讀者可以經由系統中所列出的章節與段落及圖表一覽表，選擇所需 的部份作跳躍式瀏覽、不必全文閱讀，以節省時間。
